Shipping Information

Charming Lady Designs offers FREE SHIPPING in continental US via USPS, FEDEX or UPS, per our choice. OVERSIZE CHARGE for boxes larger than 15”x15” x6” may be incurred. Outside of this area, our regular discounted rates apply.

International shipping is welcome, please contact Marianne Lewis at mlewis@nomoon.org for details.

Returns

PLEASE contact Marianne if there is a problem with your order: 214-912-5233, mlewis@nomoon.org or marianne@charmingladydesigns.com . Please do not contact concerning orders from DROP-SHIP WEBSITES: prom dresses, knock-off drink cups, etc. You must use that company’s website.

Every Charming Lady Designs item is made to order, custom made or an original artwork (painted canvas handbags), returns are accepted for limited circumstance.

If there is a problem with the item (damaged, defective, grossly misrepresented), please contact me within 3 days of delivery and be sure to take pictures! The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery, and packaged appropriately. 
When it is received, I will refund the purchase price and taxes, minus shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance and tracking is required. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Worn or used items. Millinery is considered a personal/hygiene item.

• I cannot accept returns for Custom Items or items that have been worn. 
  
  Orders may not be canceled once work has commenced.
