Terms of Service

1. Handmade Items: Every Charming Lady Designs or Scarlet Paintbrush item is hand made. Due to the nature of handmade items, natural supplies, and design decisions, there may be slight differences from the listing picture. These are not flaws, they are the special status of hand made items.

2. Communication: Made to order and custom items may require quite a bit of communication. Marianne will answer communications and give information in a timely manner. The customer is responsible for sharing event timeline and changes in event, date, outfit, color etc. in a timely manner. Some items may not be altered after construction commences.

3. Construction Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for construction of most items, some specialty designs and custom designs may take 4-6 weeks. Please communicate the time line for your event. I will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

4. Transit Responsibility: Every item is securely packed and insured. Charming Lady Designs is not responsible for damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take pictures and contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
