Substantial Mini top hat in purple stretch velvet has the silliest "face" with googly eyes, foiled feathery eyelashes, and a huge trailing bow in the back.
Eyes are made from orange satin, with black feathered eyelashes. The eyelashes have been hand foiled for extra dimension and sparkle. The crown of the hat is wrapped with a piece of black lace ribbon which hangs down the back into 10" streamers. Accenting the black lace streamers is a huge pouf of silver cobweb ribbon- this adds height and drama to the back of the hat. The grosgrain wrapped brim is wired for shape.

How does it stay on? HAT MAGIC: millinery elastic goes around the back of the head and disappears in the your hair. A removable hair comb is included for extra stability.

Size: 5" tall crown, 9" across the brim, streamers flow 10" past the brim.
