You know you are going to need something interesting to wear for Halloween, whether to school, work, a party or as part of an awesome Halloween witch costume. The mini witch hat is sassy, sweet and has a glamourous surprise in the form of a rich Pumpkin Orange satin ribbon threaded through gold grommets in a lace up corset design. The front of the hat is beautifully and elegantly trimmed with a handmade Pumpkin Orange satin ribbon flower nestled in a fan shaped spray of softly waving black feathers.

The custom Halloween witch hat costume hat is created from premium black felt with a cone about 9" tall and the brim is about 12" across, 2” wide from the cone. The hat is called a “Percher”, it perches on the head. Not quite a hat, not quite a fascinator- it is universally flattering and easy to wear. The front of the hat is beautifully and elegantly trimmed with a handmade Pumpkin Orange satin ribbon flower nestled in a fan shaped spray of softly waving black feathers. The cone is sparkly with hand applied gold prismatic sequins and is wreathed with a bit of soft black tulle. And then the eye catching corset lacing ribbon down the back. The hand hammered gold grommets are a touch of cool. A complete satin lining, hat elastic and comb for security complete the sparkly witch hat.

This unique fascinator is a class sample for an upcoming workshop and will be available to ship on 10/9. As it is a class sample it shows several construction techniques and is not entirely hand sewn. The quality and appearance are still top notch.
