The hat is designed by me and hand sewn in traditional millinery fashion. This is a mid size mini top hat approximately 11" wide and with a 4" tall crown. 
It is held onto the head with a hat elastic, which goes around the back of the head and under the hair. Additionally, a comb is sewn in for stability. If you prefer a headband, that is fine, just let me know. 
I can create something similar for you that matches your outfit, either with your fabric or something that I find. 

Charming Lady Designs hats and millinery are hand blocked and sewn with traditional millinery techniques. Although this is a "costume" piece, it is of superior, hand crafted quality.
